OTO Systems is building manufacturing infrastructure for the cosmetics industry, designed for production runs of 50 to 2,500 units.
The model combines a central operating layer in the Paris region (formulation, quality governance, digital platform, supply chain) with a network of replicable micro-factories. The goal is to rebuild in France the industrial layer that today sits between artisanal labs and contract manufacturers with 5,000-unit minimums, for what remains France's leading export industry.
OTO Systems draws on 30 years of combined expertise in cosmetic formulation, manufacturing and industrialization. The company is preparing the deployment of its first production node, with an ISO 22716 certification roadmap and a reindustrialization program anchored in Île-de-France.
