Arno Leist

Arno Leist is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various domains of computer science. Currently, Arno serves as a Senior Software Development Engineer at OTOY, a position held since September 2019. Previously, Arno co-founded Sensorable Systems and held the role of Chief Technology Officer from July 2017 to August 2019. Arno has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Massey University from January 2013 to June 2017. Early career experiences include positions as a Research Parallel Applications Developer at Landcare Research, Software Developer Intern at the Fraunhofer Institute and Interactive Objects Software GmbH, and Bosch Engineering GmbH. Arno holds a PhD in Computer Science from Massey University and additional qualifications from Southeastern Louisiana University and Hochschule Furtwangen, highlighting a solid educational foundation in information systems and computer science applications.
