Riko Ophorst is an experienced Rendering Engineer at OTOY since February 2019, contributing to projects such as "Nanite for Octane," which focuses on virtualized geometry and textures, and Brigade, a real-time production-quality path tracer. Prior to this role, Riko worked as a Junior Rendering Engineer and interned as a Rendering Engineer, where research included path traced motion blur and building a Vulkan-based rendering library. Riko's earlier experience includes a Junior Software Engineer position at CPMFactory, focusing on web-based performance management tools, and internships as an HTML5 Game Developer at CoolGames and Spil Games, working on mobile gaming projects. Riko holds a BSc in Computer Graphics from Breda University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Game Art- & Development from SintLucas.
