Arpit A. is a Console Operator at OTR since March 2023, specializing in retail operations with a strong focus on problem-solving and quick decision-making. Previously, Arpit served as a System Engineer at Infosys from January 2021 to January 2022, addressing complex technical issues and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Arpit is currently pursuing a Master of IT Advanced in Computer Science at Torrens University Australia, following a Master of Computing and Innovation at the University of Adelaide earlier in 2023. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering and has a solid educational foundation in core subjects from ST MARKS PUBLIC SCHOOL.
