Mark Robertson is currently the General Manager of Customer Offer Support at OTR Group, overseeing operations since 2025. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at Viva Energy Retail, including Head of Customer Offer Support and Head of Central Operations. Before that, Mark worked at Coles as a National Implementation Manager for First Choice Liquor and in several managerial positions within the liquor sector. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Newcastle University between 1994 and 1997.
