Bill McCarron

Bill McCarron is a Senior Contracts Manager at OTS Ltd. with a background in project management and finance. Prior to their current role, Bill worked at SRDC as a Project Manager and at YMCA of Cape Breton as a Controller. Bill holds a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University.
