Jay Leo

Jay Leo has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jay started their career in 1996 as a Lieutenant in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, where they led a team of over 100 personnel and managed day-to-day operations. After leaving the Air Force in 2004, they joined PropNex Realty Pte Ltd as an Associate Manager, responsible for handling sales and rental procedures for various properties.

In 2006, Jay became a Sales Director at LFI Singapore Pte Ltd, where they established over 14,000 members and achieved sales of over S$20 million. Jay also conducted team building workshops and organized quarterly conventions in various countries. In 2011, they moved to Long Lai (China) Co Ltd as a Sales Director, where they conceptualized and implemented product distribution channels and managed day-to-day sales operations.

From 2014 to 2016, Jay took on the role of Independent Sales Director at RIII Lifescience Pte Ltd, where they developed sales strategies that generated over $8 million in sales. Jay also piloted team building events and organized quarterly conventions in various countries. In 2018, they joined Bigg World as a Sales Director, where they launched a system that grew the database to over 25,000 merchants, affiliates, and users. Jay supervised a team of 500 affiliates across multiple countries.

More recently, Jay worked at ORIGIN Exterminators Pte Ltd, starting as a Sales Executive from February 2022 to May 2022, before being promoted to Sales Manager from May 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they managed the operation on a NEA tender project with IOT devices, ideate sales and marketing content, and conducted presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Currently, Jay is working at OTSAW as a Sales Manager, starting in January 2023.

Jay Leo received a Specialist Diploma in Data Science & Analytics from Singapore Polytechnic in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic between 1993 and 1996.
