Todd Robertson is an experienced Agile Coach with a comprehensive background in Scrum methodologies and project management. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at OTSI since May 2017, Todd is leading an Agile transformation at Penton Media, focusing on the establishment of Scrum teams, training in Scrum practices, and mentoring teams in Agile principles. Todd has held previous positions including Scrum Master and Delivery Team Coach at Security Benefit, where Todd facilitated the creation of new Scrum teams and implemented Jira. Experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City involved serving as Scrum Master, coordinating Agile ceremonies, and guiding team members in Scrum practices. Additional roles span from project management at Sprint Nextel to business analysis positions at Freightquote.com and DST Systems. Todd holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Avila University and has obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
