Chen Nigel is a dedicated Global Commodity Manager at Otter Products and previously served as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at OtterBox for nearly a decade. With approximately 15 years of experience in quality engineering, Chen has successfully managed supplier relationships, approved tooling processes, and led process improvements across multiple organizations. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Nanchang University, which laid the foundation for their extensive career in quality management and supplier performance optimization.
