Christopher Wright currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Otter Tail Corporation, overseeing HR strategy across Northern Pipe Products and Vinyltech Corporations with a focus on talent management and organizational performance. Wright has extensive experience in HR transformation and organizational development, having held various leadership roles including Senior VP of Finance & Chief People Officer at Childhelp®, Chief HR Officer at United Energy Workers Healthcare, and Human Resources Market Director at Walmart. Additional background includes strategic positions at P&D Transportation, FedEx, and The Home Depot, along with a foundational career in logistics and supply chain management during service in the US Army. Christopher Wright holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Executive Management from Colorado Technical University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Excelsior University.
