Allison Searles

Allison Searles has a diverse background in both management and coaching. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at OtterBase since January 2019, Allison has held roles including Delivery Lead and Technical Recruiter, focusing on attracting and nurturing talented individuals to drive organizational growth. Prior to this, Allison gained experience as a Freshman Volleyball Coach at Schoolcraft High School from August 2014 to October 2015, where responsibilities included planning and implementing training programs as well as coordinating with other coaches. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University, earned in 2018.
