Ben Spiegel has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience ranging from Executive Chef at Skal Restaurant to Director at Whitefish Culinary. Currently, Ben holds the position of Growth Product Manager at Ottimate. Prior to this, Ben was Head of Sales and Business Development at Water2table Fish Company and Sous Chef at The Willows Inn on Lummi Island. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Chemistry from McGill University.
