Brandi Bennett

Brandi Bennett is an experienced professional in customer success and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Ottimate since February 2025. Prior to this role, Brandi was the Director of Client Success at WorkForge, where responsibilities included overseeing client implementations and enhancing the client experience. Brandi also held key positions at SafetyCulture, including Director of Customer Success and Emerging Markets, and Director of Customer Success, Americas, where initiatives focused on maximizing customer value and defining go-to-market strategies.
