Otto ADU and Otto Build are Los Angeles-based design-build companies creating homes and spaces with character, tailored to how you live.
Otto ADU (ottoadu.com) specializes in custom and predesigned Accessory Dwelling Units. Otto Build (buildwithotto.com) focuses on full-service fire rebuilds. Together, we manage every step—from design and permitting through construction and final walkthrough.
As early leaders in implementing California's ADU legislation, we've been at the forefront of LA's infill housing movement, helping homeowners navigate new opportunities to add functional, beautiful space to their properties. Whether you're building an ADU for rental income, housing family, or rebuilding after loss, we handle the complexity so you don't have to.
What sets us apart is our commitment to thoughtful design and seamless execution. Every project is custom-tailored to your needs, your property, and your lifestyle. We don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions—we believe in unlocking the full potential of your home.
