Naved Khan

Naved Khan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Principal Engineer in Non-Metallic Materials and Processes at Otto Aviation since March 2025, Naved has previously held significant positions at Joby Aviation, advancing from Staff Engineer to Composite Materials and Process Lead from January 2018 to March 2025. Prior to that, at Kestrel Aircraft, Naved worked as a Materials, Process and Test Engineer from July 2012 to October 2017. Naved's career also includes a Research Associate role at the National Institute for Aviation Research from December 2007 to May 2012 and a brief mechanical engineering position at Bloom Energy in 2011. Naved holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from Wichita State University.
