Carl Barrett

Carl Barrett has over four decades of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as President and Board Member at Otto Construction since September 1993, Carl has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision within the company. Prior to this role, Carl worked as a Project Manager at Continental Heller from 1981 to 1993, where project oversight and management were key responsibilities. Carl Barrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained from 1978 to 1981.
