Isaac Walter

Isaac Walter is a construction management professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2023. Currently serving as a Field Engineer at Otto Construction since July 2023, Isaac has held various roles in the construction industry, including positions as a Project Engineer Intern at MODERN BUILDING, INC. and a Field Engineer at The Dutra Group. Experience includes participation in the Oroville Hospital Expansion project, as well as work as an Instructional Student Assistant at Chico State, where responsibilities included grading and assisting in labs for the Soils, Concrete, and Surveying course. Additional roles include contributions as a Staff member for the Associated Schools of Construction and previous internships at Pacific Construction and Knife River Corporation, where skills in estimating and earthwork modeling were further developed.
