Glen Shaffer

Glen Shaffer is an accomplished professional in the plastics and engineering industries, currently serving as Molding Manager at OTTO Engineering, Inc. since May 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Glen has held significant roles including Project/Program Engineer at Matrix 4, Project Engineer at Capsonic Group, and Project Engineer at Fabrik Molded Plastics, specializing in "Cradle to Grave" project management and expertise in In-Mold Decorating and automotive lenses.
