Thomas Fessler

Thomas Fessler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality systems and program management across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and consumer products. Currently serving as Director of Quality Systems at OTTO Engineering, Inc. since April 2024, previous roles include Director of Manufacturing Technology & Quality Assurance at DRT Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed quality management for multiple aerospace precision machining plants. Fessler also held positions at Collins Aerospace as Quality Manager, iMFLUX as Director of Program Management, and thyssenkrupp as Director of Program Management, among others. With a solid educational background, including multiple degrees from the University of Dayton and Central Michigan University, Fessler has a strong foundation in industrial engineering and business administration, complemented by Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
