Heiner Auerbach

Heiner Auerbach is currently the Head of Product Refinement Engineering at Ottobock in Duderstadt, where they are responsible for leading a team of 15 and overseeing product change management and quality improvement efforts. Previously, Heiner served as a Senior Project Manager, managing multiple critical projects and holding responsibilities in portfolio management. They have also led global development projects in prosthetics and orthotics while ensuring stakeholder communication and project reporting. Heiner holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on product development from Hochschule Schmalkalden and is PMP certified.
