Jonathan Rothe

Jonathan Rothe currently serves as the Head of North America Tax at Ottobock, a role assumed in October 2023. Prior to this, Jonathan led the Global Tax function at Surgalign from May 2023 to October 2023 and at CTS Corporation from July 2021 to May 2023. Jonathan's experience includes significant positions such as Director of Global Tax Planning at Adient and Director of Tax Planning at Johnson Controls, where Jonathan contributed to achieving strategic tax rates and structured transactions. Jonathan's extensive background in tax management spans multiple regions, having held senior roles at SC Johnson overseeing tax operations in both Asia and the Americas. Earlier in Jonathan's career, experience was gained at Ernst & Young as an Associate Tax Counsel-International and Manager in Federal & International Tax Groups. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
