Kyla Doyle

Kyla Doyle is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust background in HR management and strategic support across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resource Manager at Ottobock HealthCare since August 2016, Kyla oversees HR functions for North America, focusing on policy development, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Kyla worked at The Hospital for Sick Children as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, providing HR advice and support to meet operational and strategic objectives. With previous experience at CMC Markets and Kinross Gold Corporation, Kyla has demonstrated expertise in HR department development, recruitment processes, and the implementation of HR best practices. Kyla holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Human Resource Management certificate from Seneca Polytechnic.
