Susan Harding

Susan Harding is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits, HR systems, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global CoE HR at Ottobock since April 2021, Susan oversees global compensation processes, people development, HR operations in Germany, and collaborates with the German works council. Previously, Susan held key positions at K+S Gruppe, Schenker AG, TÜV Rheinland Group, KPMG Tyskland, Deutsche Bahn, Stinnes AG, and Diebold Deutschland GmbH, where responsibilities included global governance of HR processes, analytics, and the implementation of compensation systems. Susan has a Master's degree in Business Administration from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
