Waldo Flor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the healthcare and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Operations Europe at Ottobock since September 2018 and Managing Director of Otto Bock Manufacturing Königsee GmbH since September 2021, Waldo has also held the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at Otto Bock Healthcare Products GmbH from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior to joining Ottobock, Waldo held various leadership roles at IMI Precision Engineering from December 2004 to September 2018, including Site Leader and Regional Lean Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Pirelli from January 2001 to November 2004 and project management at Heckmann Maschinenbau und Verfahrenstechnik from February 1998 to December 2000. Waldo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, obtained between 1990 and 1997.
