Michael Kline

Michael Kline is the President and Founder of Kline Capital, LLC, and serves as the Managing Director at Stonehammer Capital, LLC. They are an experienced venture capitalist with a strong background in early-stage enterprise IT venture investing, having held various roles including interim CFO and business development executive. Currently, Michael advises at Rally Ventures and invests in organizations such as NetFoundry and Ottometric, while also acting as a buy-side M&A advisor and fractional CFO at Maxxum USA, LLC. They have successfully contributed to the acquisition of multiple companies, underscoring their expertise in enterprise software and emerging technologies. Michael earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, where they also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
