Damir Bar

Damir Bar has worked in the software engineering field since 2017. In that year, they began as a Full Stack Developer (Student) at Swaps. In 2018, they joined Harmonic as a Software Engineer, where they developed software in a Linux based, real-time, embedded environment. Damir also worked as a Student Software Engineer at Harmonic. In 2021, Damir joined Ottopia as a Software Engineering Team Lead, where they led a multidisciplinary team and was responsible for creating complex CI procedures. Additionally, they were involved in software design and implementation in a complex embedded environment, interfacing with Autonomous Vehicle software stacks, and building E2E data solutions.

Damir Bar has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Cyber Security from Ariel University, which they earned between 2016 and 2018. In 2017, they attended Perm State University (PSU) and obtained a certification in Mathematical Models in Economics. Damir has also obtained numerous certifications from Udemy, including Modern C++ Concurrency in Depth (C++17/20) in September 2021, SOLID Principles in August 2021, Algorithmic Trading in January 2021, Machine Learning A-Z (Python) in December 2020, Protocol Buffers 3 in December 2020, and Mathematical Models in Economics from Perm State University (PSU) in July 2017.
