Neil Douek

Neil Douek is an accomplished SME in Software Engineering, currently serving at OTTRA since September 2025, where the focus is on reimagining software delivery for regulated organizations with an emphasis on platform engineering, DevOps, and AI-first architectures. With a diverse background, Douek has been an Advisory CTO and AI and Platform Engineering Consultant at Apoyar since May 2010, providing IT services in e-commerce and software development. Previous experiences include serving as an SME in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and GenAI at Fujitsu from January 2023 to September 2025, and as Director of DevSecOps at DOPS DIGITAL. Notably, Douek contributed to the LSEG's Developer Velocity Programme, setting up a new DevSecOps initiative for over 8,000 engineers. Educationally, Douek holds a Diploma in Business and Finance from Cassio College and completed O Levels at Atholl School.
