Joellen Lu

Joellen Lu is a seasoned social media professional with extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive social strategies across various platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Social Media at OUAI since August 2025, Joellen previously held multiple roles at Reformation from June 2019 to August 2025, including Associate Director and Senior Social Media Manager. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Social Media at StyleHaul, Inc., where Joellen oversaw content production and community management, and positions at Nasty Gal that involved strategizing content calendars and leading a social team. Joellen also founded Tarte Vintage, managing both social media and e-commerce operations.
