Vania Read

Vania Read has a solid work experience in product development and process implementation. Vania is currently employed at OUAI as the Director of Product Development, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Vania worked as a Senior Product Development Manager at OUAI from August 2021 to February 2023. Before joining OUAI, Vania was a Product Development Manager at OUAI from September 2019 to August 2021.

Before their time at OUAI, Vania worked as an NPI Manager at Henkel from August 2018 to September 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Process Implementation Manager at Argus Transport Canada Inc. from June 2014 to July 2018. Vania started their career as a Product Development Manager at OROGOLD Cosmetics, where they worked from May 2010 to June 2014.
