OUG Holdings Inc. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the wholesale of seafood. The Company has eight business segments. The Sea Food Contract segment sells seafood in the wholesale market. The Off-market Seafood Wholesale segment sells imported seafood, such as frozen prawns to the domestic market, mass retailers, hotels and catering industry. The Aquafarming segment breeds yellow tails, Japanese amberjacks and tunas in the Kyusyu and Shikoku inshore fisheries. The Food Processing segment processes fresh fishes, cooked rice and vegetables. The Logistics segment delivers seafood to mass retailers. The Leasing segment operates insurance agent and rental business. The Seafood Middle Trader segment sells seafood. The Others segment is engaged in other distributions of fisheries products. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 16 subsidiaries and two associated companies.
