Thierry Kientega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and technology. As the Managing Partner, Directeur général, and Founder & CEO of OUIcoding since 2019, Thierry leads a mission to connect and facilitate collaboration between coders, UX/UI designers, and engineers from Africa and emerging countries with innovative companies in Europe. Previously, at CFAO, Thierry held the role of Directeur Filiale Projet Ecommerce, and at Leyton, served as a Senior Consultant focusing on operational advice, R&D project structuring, and financial consulting for innovative businesses. Thierry's earlier career includes a Doctoral research position at Orange and an engineering role at France Telecom R&D. Educational credentials include degrees from Harvard Business School, ESIR - Ecole Supérieure d'ingénieurs de Rennes, ESCP Business School, Université Rennes 2, and École nationale des ponts et chaussées, covering areas such as telecommunications, entrepreneurship, and a doctoral engineering focus.
