Rajaa C.

Rajaa C. has been working in the healthcare industry since 2006. Rajaa began their career as a Formatrice/enseignante at the Institut de formation aux métiers du social, then moved to the Université de Franche-Comté as a Chargée de cours for the UFR SLHS. In 2009, they took on the role of Consultante/Auditrice at Conformaction. From 2011 to 2017, Rajaa C. worked at O2 CARE SERVICES as Directrice de l'institut R&D PA/PH, where they were responsible for following and analyzing gerontological policies, providing strategic and developmental advice to the network and marketing directors, and creating content for training related to innovations and sector expectations. Rajaa also maintained an institutional network and provided expert advice to Silver Economy actors. In 2017, Rajaa C. began working at Ouihelp.fr as Head of Care.

Rajaa C. obtained their Doctorate in Gerontology from UFR SLHS in 2010, with a focus on Social Policies/Dependency Care: Loss of Autonomy & Disability. Rajaa also earned their Professional Master's degree from UFR SLHS in 2004-2006, with a focus on Analysis and Management of Social Policies.
