Victor S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victor is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Ouihelp, a company that aims to be the leading provider of home care for people with reduced autonomy. Prior to this, Victor was a Senior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from October 2011 to December 2015. Victor also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Vallourec, where they analyzed design methods and made recommendations for project portfolios. Additionally, Victor has experience in research and development, having worked as an R&D Intern at the University of Pennsylvania's Laboratory of Research on the Structure of Matter, where they conducted research, published an article, and studied aqueous foams. Victor also completed an internship at Pie Ranch and gained military training and experience as an Officer in the French Army. Recently, Victor became an Associate at Time For The Planet, an impact-driven company aiming to raise 1 billion euros to create 100 businesses combating climate change.

Victor S. attended Lycée Stanislas from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their Baccalauréat in the field of study "Filière Scientifique." Victor then enrolled at Lycée Henri IV from 2004 to 2007, focusing on the field of study "Filière Physique - Chimie." After completing their education at Lycée Henri IV, Victor S. attended École Polytechnique from 2007 to 2011. There, they pursued the field of study "Innovation technologique." In 2010, Victor S. also briefly studied at Mines Paris, specializing in the field of study "Ingénierie de la conception."
