Ryan Arman

Ryan Arman is a seasoned machine learning engineer with a robust background in AI and biomedical applications. Currently at Oumi, Ryan focuses on developing scalable machine learning infrastructure. Previous experience includes roles at Meta, where Ryan enhanced ad relevance while prioritizing user privacy, and at Google, as a technical lead for AI-based vision systems in lung cancer detection. Ryan's entrepreneurial spirit was evident as the founder and CEO of Yora AI, and Ryan holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Beyond engineering, Ryan's extensive research background includes postdoctoral work at Stanford University School of Medicine and co-founding NMotive Research Inc., which developed eye-gaze tracking solutions.
