Susan Morgan

Susan Morgan is an experienced technology leader providing information systems management support to independent schools and nonprofit organizations. She intuitively sees areas of opportunity that may be siloed through an organization, bringing them together into a coherent whole, helping others extend their thinking, and driving sound strategy development. She leads quietly by example, always doing her best and encouraging others to do the same. While easygoing by nature, she is direct and decisive when she needs to be. Susan serves as an Advisory Board member for The Women’s Fund of Essex County whose mission is to raise funds to distribute annually to help improve the lives of women and girls in need or at risk. Susan is a proud graduate of Tufts University and remains active by regularly serving on her class Reunion Committee and assisting the Advancement Office with their Annual Appeals and Giving Day events. Together with her husband Dick, Susan has lived in Hamilton for 30 years. Their two sons, Colby and Nate along with their two Frenchies, Scarlett and Louis are their pride and joy.
