Tom Corbin

Tom joined the OunceIT team as lead educational technology consultant after 20 years as a classroom teacher and technology integrationist within top flight independent schools in Northern California, North Carolina, Washington DC, Switzerland, and the Boston area. He is passionate about innovation and using technology as a springboard to help students visualize information in new ways, cultivate efficient workflow for teachers, and enhance student creativity and collaboration. Tom embraces his roots as a classroom teacher as a driving force in understanding the needs of teachers and students and loves to explore emerging technologies such as augmented/virtual reality to assist fellow teachers to promote a lifelong love of learning in students, always preparing them for “what’s next.” Tom is a proud graduate of Clemson University where he holds a degree in early childhood/elementary education. He is also the proud dad to twin boys who share his love of music, art, and the outdoors.
