Ounits is a real estate co-ownership company. We help Canadians buy a home together with people they trust, friends, family, or partners. This is real, shared ownership.

Owning alone is out of reach for a lot of people. The average home in the Greater Toronto Area sells for over a million dollars, and more than half of first-time buyers in Canada already purchase with someone other than a spouse. Buying together is no longer the exception. What has been missing is a way to do it properly.

That is exactly what we do. Ounits brings the legal, financial, and operational pieces of co-ownership into one service, from the first conversation all the way through to ongoing management after closing.

Along the way, your group agrees on who pays what, how decisions get made, and what happens if someone wants out. We handle the ownership structure, shared expenses, equity tracking, tax, and exit planning, so everyone always knows exactly where they stand.

Whether you are buying your first home with friends, pooling resources as a family, or investing as a group, Ounits gives you the structure, transparency, and support to make co-ownership work.
