At Our C4 Solutions LLC, our mission is to empower our clients to maximize their community impact through enhanced capacity, strategic planning, and expert organizational development. We work with nonprofit organizations and small to medium sized businesses, and believe that every organization has the potential to succeed through strategic improvements and targeted support.

We believe it is critical to “partner” by connecting with our clients and understanding who they are before we begin. Through this, we learn company fundamental principles, such as vision, goals, and where they hope to take the company farther down the road ultimately visualizing and capturing their long-term strategy. We will also learn about perceived problem areas and their effects. We then embark on a collaborative process that begins with an organizational problem analysis. We investigate the life span of known problem areas from “good idea” to “what went wrong” with an eye open to other areas of concern. As we do this we see how it all fits into the overarching company vision and mission as well as both operational and strategic vision.
