Morgan Ferranti

Senior Director Of Customer Experience at Our Place

Morgan Ferranti has a diverse work experience in customer experience and human resources. Starting in 2011, Morgan worked as an intern at Nordstrom and as a student assistant at Chapman University. In 2013, Morgan joined The CORE Group, Inc. as part of the Human Resources Team before transitioning to Leaf Group in 2016 as a People Team Coordinator. In 2017, Morgan joined Casper as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they demonstrated excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Google Suite. Morgan then moved to dosist in 2018, where they worked as a Customer Experience Specialist until 2019. Since then, Morgan has been with Our Place, starting as a CX Lead in 2019, then progressing to the role of Sr. Manager of Customer Experience in 2020, and currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience.

Morgan Ferranti obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Chapman University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
