Our Space is a virtual psychotherapy practice based in Canada, providing individual, couples, and teen therapy, along with corporate workshops and advanced training for emerging clinicians.

We founded Our Space with the vision of reimagining the therapy experience, creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where clients feel genuinely supported.

As a psychotherapist-owned and values-driven practice, our team of dedicated clinicians walks alongside clients through life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and care. Together, we are building a modern practice that combines clinical expertise with humanity, equity, and connection.
