Dave Lopez

Dave Lopez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at ŌURA since February 2020, Dave previously held the position of CX Senior Specialist at Casper from July 2016 to February 2020, and worked at Oscar Insurance as a Member Services Associate from November 2015 to July 2016. Dave demonstrated the ability to manage customer interactions effectively in high-pressure environments and successfully defused challenging situations. Additionally, Dave has a background in music, having performed as a drummer and percussionist, and has held various roles in retail, including Sales Associate and Department Manager at Guitar Center. Dave studied at Musicians Institute and The Collective School Of Music, further enhancing a strong foundation in both technical and customer-facing roles.
