Julia Kline is currently a Senior Scientist at ŌURA, having joined the company in 2025. Previously, they served as a Staff Scientist at the National Institutes of Health from 2022 to 2025 and as a Research Associate at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2018 to 2022. Julia completed their Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan in 2015 and held various research positions, including Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Fitbit from 2015 to 2017. Julia also began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008.
