Kyle Thomson

Kyle Thomson serves as the Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Regulatory, Compliance, & Privacy at ŌURA since October 2025. In addition, Kyle holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, teaching courses on Federal Regulation of Food and Drugs and AI Law and Regulation. Prior experience includes roles as Product Counsel at Verily, Senior Counsel at the American Medical Association focusing on digital health and FDA regulated products, and Associate Chief Counsel at the FDA advising on various regulatory matters. Kyle also contributed to biomedical studies as a Community Representative on the Institutional Review Board at Partners HealthCare. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
