Mark Pottle is a highly motivated L&D and CX professional with over 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics and telecom industries, having worked at companies like Google, HP, Palm, and T-Mobile. They began their career as a Certified Public School Teacher and later served as an English Teacher with the United States Peace Corps. Mark has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training, and project management, leading teams and developing innovative learning solutions. Currently, Mark is a Senior Manager for Member Experience Education at ŌURA, where they focus on enhancing customer experience through effective training initiatives.
