Stacey Helstrom

Stacey Helstrom, M.A., GPHR, is a strategic leader and founder of Talent Impact Advisory, where they focus on aligning talent development with business objectives to foster inclusive and capable organizations. With over 20 years of experience in global organization effectiveness, leadership development, and change leadership, Stacey has played pivotal roles at Cargill and Eastman Chemical Company, among others. They served as the Chairman of the Board for Litchfield Public Schools, advocating for equitable access to education. Stacey holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Communication Disorders from Indiana University Bloomington, and has recently taken on the role of Director of Employee Learning and Development at ŌURA.
