Tory Cutting

Tory Cutting is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at ŌURA since 2022, where responsibilities include developing and managing scalable learning programs for global support operations. Prior experience includes serving as the Learning and Development Lead for Nike's North America Consumer Services from 2019 to 2022, where Tory created sustainable learning programs and contributed to equity and inclusion initiatives. From 2016 to 2019, Tory worked as a Health Educator at Gonzaga University, focusing on mental and emotional well-being training and initiatives. Additionally, previous roles include advising student leaders and managing events at the University of Georgia and providing orientation support at Seattle University. Tory holds a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Higher Education Administration from Bucknell University.
