OurBike is the UK’s largest community-led e-cargo bike share scheme — 💚 powered by local people and built for local journeys.

We make it simple, affordable, and fun for residents, families, and businesses to access e-cargo bikes for school runs, shopping trips, deliveries, and everyday travel. Each bike is hosted by trusted local venues — from libraries and cafés to community centres — creating a neighbourhood-based network that reduces car dependency, improves air quality, and supports thriving local high streets.

💚 How it works
• Book via the OurBike app and pick up from your local Host
• Just £5 per hour — the UK’s most affordable shared cargo bike scheme
• Cargo box capacity: 351L, 100kg load, with seating and harnesses for children
• Hosts receive free ride hours and the chance to co-brand their community bike

💚 Our impact so far
• 56 bikes live across London (Sept 2025), with new locations launching soon
• 66% of users replace car trips with OurBike rides
• Over 48,000 km ridden since launch
• 54% of members had never ridden a cargo bike before
• A diverse user base aged 35–44 on average — far broader than traditional bike share schemes

💚 Our partners
OurBike works with councils, local businesses, developers, and community organisations to make cargo bike share accessible and financially sustainable. By combining social impact with practical transport solutions, we create schemes that benefit residents, strengthen neighbourhoods, and support the transition to greener cities.

💚 Join the movement
OurBike is expanding fast, bringing affordable, practical, and family-friendly e-cargo bike share to more neighbourhoods. We’re always looking to partner with councils, businesses, and community hosts who share our vision for healthier, greener, more connected towns and cities.
