Chris Gard

Chris Gard is a seasoned public safety consultant and former Chief of Police, having led the City of Orting from 1993 to 2022. Presently, Chris serves as a Law Enforcement Advisor at Bond and holds multiple coaching certifications with organizations including USA Triathlon and the American Swimming Coaches Association. Chris is also a doctoral candidate at Liberty University, where they are furthering their education in criminal justice and psychology. Additionally, Chris contributes as a committee member for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, focusing on crime prevention and officer wellness.
