David Moffitt

Mr. Moffitt is the Co-Head of Investcorp Credit Management US and is responsible for all liquid, structured and securitized credit investing in the US. Prior to Investcorp, Mr. Moffitt was head of Tactical Opportunity Investing at LibreMax Capital.

Previously, he was a partner at J.C. Flowers & Co, and a founding partner at Mead Park Asset Management LLC. Prior to Mead Park, Mr. Moffitt was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and global head of the firm’s securitization and asset finance business. He has held similar positions at MatlinPatterson Global Advisors (Senior Advisor), Merrill Lynch & Co. (Head Structured Products Distribution – Americas), and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Moffitt began his career practicing law with Brown Rudnick in Boston and is a member of the Massachusetts, New York and United States Supreme Court bars. He served a term as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Moffitt received a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University of College of Law, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University.
