David Mataen

David Mataen is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director for Africa at OurCrowd since May 2018, David contributes to one of the world's leading venture capital firms, focusing on connecting global accredited investors with innovative opportunities. Prior to this role, David spent nearly a decade as the Corporate Finance Director at Faida Investment Bank, where responsibilities included directing investment banking functions, formulating corporate strategy, and managing business development efforts. David also has experience as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. David holds an MBA in Finance from the United States International University - Africa.
